The Practice of Joy - Recorded Meditation
When we are healing and on the spiritual journey, sometimes we can focus too heavily on what isn't working. As if suffering is a more authentic way to stay on the path. Or, we try to escape the hard stuff by only wanting to feel good. This practice will keep you connected to your body as you allow joy in your energetic and physical being.
This practice will be about 30 minutes, and will begin with a brief intro about allowing joy and the difference between spiritual bypassing and feeling good. The meditation itself will be about 20 minutes.
