How do you want to move forward?

Through the movement of Qoya, and the visioning with our Spirit Guides, we learn to listen.

This new year feels different. This past year has changed us, and there is a new opportunity towards change and growth because of what we have all been through.


There is a shimmer of possibility that we feel, and we need spaces, containers, that help us understand it. 


Life is asking us to say yes. 


Through Qoya, led by somatic coach Stephanie Severe, we remember our essence is wise, wild, and free. Qoya is a movement system based on the idea that through movement, we remember.


Wise: calling on the wisdom of yoga.

Wild: the creative expression in dance. 

Free: expanding our capacity to enjoy being in our bodies through movement.


Qoya is an opportunity and practice to feel and follow the physical sensations of truth in our bodies. No dance or yoga experience is necessary - there's no way you can do it wrong, and the way you know you're doing it right is that it feels good.

These are deep, carefully guided opportunities for gaining insight and strengthening your ability to listen, see, and trust.

Our time together ends in a space of collective wisdom. A time to share, ask questions, and learn from one another.


Moving Forward runs 4 weeks starting

January 14th and ends February 4th.

Thursdays, 6-8pm ET.

Moving Forward consists of:

  • Qoya with Stephanie

    We begin in movement, remembering our essence is wise, wild, and free through yoga, dance, and connection with our bodies. Many of us have not received the movement needed the last year, and this is an opportunity to release and remember the enjoyment our bodies bring.

  • Visioning and Healing with Jen

    Through deep, carefully led guided journeys, we connect with our guides and feel into our futures. We learn how to ask questions, how to begin to receive healing, and how to gain confidence in our ability to listen.

  • Collective Wisdom

    There is a particular magic that is created through the group, and there is a learning that can be done exponentially faster when we share and receive the wisdom of others. This is a time for questions, for noodling and attempting to put into words what information is coming through for you.

Stephanie Severe

Stephanie holds a deep curiosity for the spaces where our physical body and life force meet. She's explored this connection with clients for 10+ years through various movement forms and somatic coaching.

Healer, Teacher, Witness

Jennifer Ata

Jennifer Ata (Dopierala) has been a healer since 2008 and is the founder of Tidal Heart Healing. Through her psychic work, she helps people let go of limiting beliefs and energetic blocks. This helps them move -- physically, emotionally and spiritually -- with freedom and ease in their lives, while learning to love themselves just as they are. Her teaching uses somatic practices to access the body and the freedom, warmth and vitality available there. Also a certified meditation instructor and former teacher with a Master's in Education, she has a depth of experience in creating an open space of compassion and listening.
